The Village Group
The Village Group is a concept originated in Zanzibar, Tanzania in 2017 by our founders. After realizing the potential of bridging Africa’s landscapes with our investors, the TVG concept emerged.
The Village Group is now part of multiple investments in Africa, in real estate, hospitality and retail sector.

Our team of architects and interior designers, part of TVG, create the best concepts for each location.
BUILD
Once the design and funding rounds are completed, our project management team takes over to ensure a flawless construction.
MANAGE
Once construction is completed, the Facility Management team handles daily operations, rental, client satisfaction and investor ROI.
